Where is my order?

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been sent, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Your order can be tracked with the tracking number we email to you after the order has shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Send a message to our contact form especially to the Shop Support team to cancel or make changes to your order. We can update your address (as long as it is in the same country), change a size, or remove an item. For any other changes, it is best to ask for your order to be canceled so you can place a new one.

I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?

Apply a promo code to your subscription. Begin your purchase by either purchasing a new subscription, or by adding services to an existing subscription. When you check out, choose: Have a promo or discount code? Then enter your code in the box. Select Apply promo code. You should see confirmation that it was successfully applied.

According to the customers’ requirements, the products will be delivered by means of an express, Air-to-Sea initiative, and so on. The products will be delivered within a given time slot at the right address. Once you made your purchase you will need to accept an average delivery cost per country and per weight that we had calculated. You will not incurred additional costs such as VAT and other import duties. Shipment will be based on DDP Inco-terms.

You simply changed your mind or the item was not appropriate due to color, size or style If you buy something expecting it to be another size, but it clearly isn’t your size, this does not mean you can get a refund, although you can usually exchange it or get a credit note.

The items received are incorrect or are defective. What should I do?

Contact us via our contact form and let us have your order number as well as the date of your order confirmation. Then briefly explain what when wrong with the items received.

Are the items included in the shopping basket reserved automatically?

No, adding an item in your shopping basket does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Due to high demands, some items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping basket.

In which countries can I shop online?

For the moment we deliver goods in Europe only. Later on we will deliver to the rest of the world depending on customs regulations and transportation availability.
